SHIPPING

How will my order be shipped?

Please mind that we currently only send orders within Belgium. 

We send our orders with Bpost. We'll deliver your order to Bpost within 2 working days. They deliver from Monday to Saturday. You will receive an email as soon as the order has been shipped. You can track your package with the tracking number in this email. If you are not at home, BPost will take your order to the nearest post office.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €6,65. You can also opt for a free pick-up in Zemst (close to Mechelen).

CANCELED ITEMS

We continuously monitor our online range with the greatest possible care. We depend on several factors for the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it can happen that during the processing of your order it appears that an item is no longer in stock or does not meet the quality requirements set by us. In this case, the purchase price of the item, including shipping costs, will be refunded.

RETURNS

When can I make a return?

If you want to make a return, inform us within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your item was damaged or defected on arrival, immediately contact us via hello@cali-eve.com. You have 2 days after the Bpost arrival or pick-up day to inform us. After getting in touch, we'll take it from there.

How do I make a return?

1. Make your package ready:

  • Fill in your return form
  • Put your items in the same bag as you received them

2. Send an e-mail to hello@cali-eve.com to inform us about your return within the 14 days. Let us know if you're returning with Bpost (at your own cost) or ask for a return moment at our pick-up point (Zemst).


3. Return the items:

  • With Bpost: Create your shipping label online here or in a Bpost point. Don't throw away your confirmation ticket before the order arrives at the adress.

  • At the pick-up point: Send an Instagram DM (@cali.eve.collection) or e-mail (hello@cali-eve.com) to plan your pick-up time. I'll send you some options (mostly on weekdays after 17h) and we'll decide on your return moment together.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@cali-eve.com.
